The position offers a **hybrid work modality** and requires full-time availability, with the workplace based at the **Santiago Airport (Pudahuel)**. **Position Objective** Manage and strengthen relationships with strategic clients, ensuring high service standards, developing business opportunities, and contributing to the achievement of the organization’s commercial objectives. **Main Responsibilities** * **Key Client Management:** Build long-term relationships with strategic clients, ensuring smooth communication and timely, appropriate responses to their requirements. * **Handling Requests and Contingencies:** Manage inquiries and urgent requests, guaranteeing timely solutions aligned with service standards. * **Commercial Proposal Development:** Draft proposals in coordination with operational and finance departments, evaluating their technical and economic feasibility. * **Action Plan Follow-up:** Monitor initiatives and commitments established with clients, ensuring achievement of defined goals. * **Analysis and Reporting:** Prepare periodic reports to support performance analysis and decision-making. * **Training and Development:** Participate in and promote continuous learning opportunities that contribute to team strengthening. * **Market Analysis:** Identify new business opportunities and track market trends. * **Competitive Intelligence:** Analyze strategies and movements within the competitive landscape to reinforce the organization’s positioning. * **Tender Participation:** Support preparation and submission of tender processes, ensuring compliance with requirements and deadlines. **Conditions** * **Working Hours:** Article 22\. * **Transportation:** Transportation benefit via shuttle bus card to the airport. **Job Requirements** * **Education:** Professional degree in Industrial Civil Engineering, Business Engineering, Business Administration, Air Transport, or related fields. * **Experience and Competencies:** Data analysis capability, budget evaluation, and profitability measurement. * **Regulatory Knowledge:** Familiarity with international aviation sector regulations (desirable). * **Languages:** Advanced English (mandatory). Portuguese will be considered an added advantage. * **Certifications:** Any additional certifications related to the field will be valued.
