We are looking for our next Junior Shift Supervisor, whose primary challenge will be to support store operations and control. You must ensure operational continuity and team management. Key responsibilities include: * Providing product advice and answering questions related to automotive parts and accessories. * Addressing customer complaints or concerns, ensuring satisfaction and fostering a welcoming store environment. * Leading and supervising the work team. * Supporting the coordination of promotional activities, sales events, and store layout changes to maximize sales and operational efficiency. You will be a match if you meet the following requirements: * Studies in Business Administration or related fields. * One year of experience in customer service and sales. * Prior experience in similar positions within the automotive or retail sales industry. Position Information: * Direct Supervisor: Store Manager. * Work Location: AutoPlanet Chillán. * Employment Type: On-site. * Schedule: Monday through Sunday, with two rotating days off per week.
