We seek a candidate to begin their professional development within the commercial area, supporting incentive processes, payment management, price loading, and internal control tracking—working closely with regional and multicultural teams. **Key Responsibilities:** * Validate and manage incentive payments to importers, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines; * Load and update prices in the relevant systems for various brands; * Monitor and record SOX controls for the department, ensuring compliance with established processes; * Analyze commercial and financial data related to pricing, margins, and incentives; * Track Opel brand commercial performance and communicate relevant findings; * Coordinate activities with Shared Services, Finance, Commercial Operations, and brand teams; * Prepare reports and presentations for results communication and KPI tracking; * Support commercial processes related to budgets, forecasts, and market actions. Requirements * Completed or near-completion undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields; * SAP knowledge; * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency; * PowerPoint proficiency; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills across diverse teams; * Positive attitude and learning orientation. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Power BI knowledge; * Intermediate English proficiency; * Experience in the automotive industry or related sectors; * Experience in financial, commercial, or management control processes; * Interest in building a career within the commercial area.
