This role plays a key coordination function between technical teams, business units, and clients. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead digital projects from **planning through implementation**, ensuring delivery of objectives and deliverables. * Define project schedules, priorities, resources, and key milestones. * Coordinate development, design, marketing, operations teams, and external vendors. * Manage requirements, scope changes, risks, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle. * Monitor progress, budget, quality, and deadline adherence using management indicators. * Maintain ongoing communication with clients and stakeholders, preparing status and results reports. * Identify improvement opportunities and promote methodologies and tools that increase project efficiency. **Requirements** * Professional degree in **Computer Engineering, Business Administration, Management, Digital Marketing**, or a related field. * **4 to 7 years of experience** managing digital, technology, or digital transformation projects. * Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and vendors. * Knowledge of **Agile, Scrum, Kanban**, or other project management methodologies. * Proficiency with project planning, tracking, and management tools. * Ability to manage budgets, schedules, risks, and priorities. * Leadership, organization, effective communication, strategic thinking, and results orientation. Salary: $1\.700\.000 \- $2\.500\.000 per month Work Location: On-site employment
