Job Summary **TTL Digital \& Technology Services Chile SpA** is seeking an ***IT Support Assistant*** with technical curiosity, organizational skills, and a service-oriented mindset to join our technology team in Concepción. As an IT Support Assistant, you will provide first-level technical assistance to employees and users experiencing common issues related to computers, software, Microsoft 365, accounts, connectivity, printers, and peripherals. You will receive and document technical support requests, perform basic diagnostics, configure authorized hardware and software, maintain accurate support records, assist in IT asset administration, and escalate more complex incidents to experienced technical specialists. You will work closely with IT support, digital operations, help desk, systems, network support, and business teams to ensure the reliability of daily technology services. This position is ideal for recent computer science graduates and professionals with limited experience interested in IT support, help desk, service desk, computer support, networking, systems administration, or technology operations. Responsibilities: Provide first-level technical support to employees and users. Receive support requests through authorized channels. Create, update, and monitor technical support tickets. Collect relevant information about reported technical issues. Troubleshoot common Windows issues. Assist with desktop and laptop computer issues. Diagnose basic hardware and software problems. Assist with Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365\ applications. Provide support for basic Outlook and email issues. Install and configure approved software. Assist with software updates and patches. Provide support for printers, monitors, keyboards, headsets, and other peripherals. Assist with basic LAN and Wi\-Fi connectivity issues. Perform basic network connectivity checks. Assist with user account and password issues. Provide support for approved account access procedures. Assist with workstation setup for new employees. Prepare computers, laptops, and peripherals. Assist with technological onboarding and offboarding of employees. Assist with equipment replacement and upgrades. Provide basic remote technical support using approved tools. Maintain hardware and software inventory records. Assist with IT asset tracking. Maintain equipment assignment records. Monitor incidents and service requests. Follow up with users after resolution of routine issues. Escalate unresolved technical problems. Accurately document troubleshooting steps. Update the technical knowledge base. Assist with routine preventive maintenance. Provide support for basic antivirus and endpoint security procedures. Comply with cybersecurity and information security requirements. Maintain confidentiality of user and company information. Assist with basic IT reporting and service metrics. Support technology projects and equipment deployments.
Requirements: Completed secondary education or equivalent qualification. Technical or university studies in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Support, Networking, Telecommunications, Systems Administration, or related fields are preferred. Approximately 0\-1 year of relevant experience. Prior work experience in IT is not mandatory. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply. Relevant internships, technical training, academic labs, and personal projects will be considered. Basic Windows troubleshooting knowledge. Basic computer hardware knowledge. Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Microsoft 365\. Basic software installation knowledge. Basic LAN and Wi\-Fi knowledge. Familiarity with TCP/IP concepts is preferred. Ability to troubleshoot computers and peripherals. Basic knowledge of user accounts, passwords, and access. Familiarity with incident management or help desk systems is preferred. Familiarity with Active Directory or Microsoft Entra ID is preferred but not required. Basic cybersecurity knowledge. Basic Microsoft Excel knowledge. Problem-solving mindset. Salary: $600\.000 \- $850\.000 per month
