Participation in the management of critical IT services and continuous improvement. **IT Infrastructure Manager** At **PS Grupo Hunting**, we are looking for an **IT Infrastructure Manager** to join a company operating in the aviation logistics sector, in a key role ensuring operational continuity, availability, and technological support across various business units. We seek a professional with experience or solid knowledge in Cisco networks and infrastructure, interested in developing within a dynamic, operational, and highly challenging environment, with direct involvement in managing critical IT services. **Job Objective** The **IT Infrastructure Manager** will be responsible for supporting the tactical and operational management of the company’s technological infrastructure, ensuring the proper functioning of internal IT services and contributing to operational continuity. The position will be part of the IT infrastructure and cybersecurity team, collaborating on administration, support, monitoring, and continuous improvement of systems, networks, and services underpinning operations. **Key Responsibilities** * Support the IT infrastructure management across various business units. * Contribute to the operational continuity of internal IT services. * Participate in the administration, support, and monitoring of corporate networks. * Work with infrastructure primarily based on Cisco equipment. * Collaborate with the IT infrastructure and cybersecurity team on operational and support tasks. * Support monitoring processes, incident reporting, and management of technological requests. * Adapt to operational, administrative, and security procedures specific to an airport environment. * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to infrastructure, networks, and IT services. * In the future, potentially assume coordination or supervision responsibilities for area analysts, depending on performance and team needs. **Job Requirements** * Professional degree in Network and Telecommunications Engineering, Network and Connectivity Engineering, Computer Engineering with a focus on networks, infrastructure, or cybersecurity, or a related field. * Solid networking knowledge. **Mandatory.** * Experience or proficiency with Cisco infrastructure. **Mandatory.** * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in networking, communications, IT infrastructure, or similar roles. * Availability to work onsite at the airport sector. **Mandatory.** * Realistic ability to relocate to the workplace. **Mandatory.** * Willingness to provide documentation required for internal accreditation processes. **Mandatory.** * Ability to operate effectively in highly secure, operationally critical, and compliance-driven environments. **Desirable Knowledge** Knowledge or experience in the following areas will be valued: * Windows Server. * Linux. * SQL. * Power BI. * Cybersecurity. * Technical certifications related to networking, IT infrastructure, Cisco, security, or related technologies. **Offer Conditions** * Location: Airport sector. * Work mode: 4 days onsite and 1 day remote, after the adaptation period. * During the first month, the work mode will be 100% onsite, extendable based on adaptation progress and job requirements. * Flexible start time between 08:00 and 09:00 hrs., with proportional end time between 17:00 and 18:00 hrs. * Initial fixed-term contract for 3 months, renewable for another 3 months, with potential conversion to indefinite term based on performance. * Approximate net salary: **$1\.400\.000**. **Ideal Candidate Profile** We seek a responsible, committed individual with strong operational continuity orientation.
