Responsibilities Key responsibilities include: * Serve as the IT focal point for Transportation operations in Chile—both internally and with the client. * Support operations in evaluating interface flows between the TMS and the client’s various systems, transportation providers, and routing systems. * Collaborate with relevant support teams, as needed, to assist operations. * Analyze new requirements related to applications used in the account. * Prepare the necessary requirements documentation to obtain effort and cost estimates for required solutions. Requirements Technical or professional degree relevant to the position (mandatory). * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in IT support (support or projects). * Minimum experience with logistics ERP systems such as WMS, TMS, or similar (mandatory). * Experience with ITIL methodology (desirable). * Intermediate/Advanced English proficiency (mandatory). * Advanced Excel skills (desirable). * Availability to work onsite in Pudahuel (Parque Bodenor). **Apply with CV in Spanish.** Because we are a people-focused company, we offer a range of benefits designed for employees and their immediate families.
