You will be a key team member, providing support across various operational tasks related to personnel management, compensation, and time tracking. What responsibilities will you have? Personnel Management: * Drafting and updating employment contracts. * Maintaining employee document control. * Managing benefits and insurance. * Providing assistance and support to employees. Administrative Processes: * Administrative tasks related to personnel management (hiring, termination, modifications, etc.). * Supporting the preparation of reports and presentations. * Keeping area records and databases up to date. Time Tracking and Compensation Management: * Supporting administration and maintenance of the time-tracking system. * Supporting the compensation process. * Processing and managing final settlements. What are we looking for? * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles, ideally within high-volume personnel organizations. * Knowledge of Labor Legislation. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Intermediate Excel). * Ability to handle large volumes of information and data. * Attention to detail and accuracy. * Communication and customer service skills. * Ability to work collaboratively and under pressure.
