Coordination with internal teams and vendors for cloud solutions. **Cloud Continuity Manager** At **PS Grupo Hunting**, we are seeking a **Cloud Continuity Manager** to join a leading IT company, participating in the management, continuity, and evolution of its cloud-based technological infrastructure. We seek a professional with solid technical expertise in cloud environments and experience in IT service management, capable of combining technical insight with coordination, tracking, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills across internal teams and vendors. **Job Objective:** To manage, administer, and supervise infrastructure and services deployed in cloud environments, ensuring their availability, security, performance, and operational continuity in alignment with business policies, standards, and requirements. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage, administer, and supervise cloud infrastructure, ensuring its availability, performance, and proper configuration. * Coordinate and execute remediation actions for incidents, vulnerabilities, or deviations detected in cloud services and infrastructure. * Implement and promote cloud operations best practices, including identity management, access control, resource hardening, and compliance with security standards. * Participate in the design and evolution of resilient, scalable, and secure cloud architectures. * Monitor cloud resource usage, identifying opportunities for cost, performance, and operational efficiency optimization. * Coordinate with internal teams and vendors on the implementation and integration of cloud solutions. * Support operational continuity, service recovery, and management of technological incidents. * Maintain up-to-date technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, critical configurations, and operational, contingency, and recovery procedures. * Track commitments, action plans, risks, and improvements associated with the technological services under management. **Requirements** * Professional degree in Computer Engineering, Computing Engineering, Telecommunications, Networks, Systems, or related field. * Minimum of **2 years’ experience in technical and IT service management roles**. * Advanced experience in administration, operation, or continuity of cloud platforms. * Knowledge and experience with one or more of the following platforms: * AWS. * Microsoft Azure. * Google Cloud Platform. * Knowledge of practices and methodologies related to: * DevOps. * DevSecOps. * CloudOps. * Cloud Administration. * Experience in incident management, vulnerability management, operational continuity, infrastructure monitoring, and optimization. * Ability to coordinate technical teams, vendors, and internal departments. * Availability to work overtime when required for service continuity. **Desired Competencies** We seek an autonomous, organized, and compliance-oriented individual capable of operating effectively in critical and dynamic technology environments.
