Position Overview El Bosque Gourmet is seeking an experienced and analytical **Finance Manager** to oversee financial planning, budgeting, reporting, cash\-flow management, and financial operations. The successful candidate will provide accurate financial insights to support business decisions, improve profitability, manage financial risks, and contribute to the company's continued growth. Key Responsibilities * Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities. * Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports. * Monitor revenue, expenses, profitability, cash flow, and working capital. * Develop financial forecasts and scenario analyses to support business planning. * Manage and monitor operational, production, procurement, and distribution budgets. * Analyze financial variances and recommend corrective actions. * Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and payment processes. * Establish and maintain effective financial controls and procedures. * Monitor inventory\-related financial costs and working\-capital requirements. * Analyze production costs, product margins, pricing, and profitability. * Coordinate with accounting, operations, procurement, sales, and production teams. * Manage relationships with banks, external accountants, auditors, and financial advisors. * Ensure financial activities comply with applicable Chilean accounting and tax requirements. * Identify opportunities for cost reduction and improved financial efficiency. * Assess financial risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies. * Prepare financial presentations and recommendations for senior management. Required Qualifications * **Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.** * **5\+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, FP\&A, or financial management.** * Demonstrated experience managing budgets, forecasts, financial reporting, and cash flow. * Strong knowledge of financial analysis, accounting principles, cost control, and financial planning. * Experience analyzing profitability, production costs, inventory, and operational expenses. * Strong understanding of internal financial controls and risk management. * Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem\-solving skills. * Strong organizational and time\-management abilities. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial/accounting software. Preferred Qualifications * Experience in **food production, agriculture, manufacturing, consumer goods, or export businesses**. * Experience with inventory costing, production accounting, or supply\-chain finance. * Knowledge of Chilean accounting, tax, and financial regulations. * Experience with ERP or accounting systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent. * Professional certification in accounting or finance is an advantage. * Experience supporting international sales, exports, or foreign\-currency transactions. * Experience managing or mentoring accounting and finance staff.
