Position Summary: Coordinate the trunk fleet traffic flow at the HUB yard, ensuring road and personnel safety for all external and internal transportation, in accordance with company standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage the orderly traffic flow of vehicles at the Main HUB. 2. Support fleet monitoring and tracking via GPS. 3. Provide administrative support for departmental tasks. Coordinate the trunk fleet traffic flow at the HUB yard, enforcing compliance with road and personnel safety requirements for all external and internal transportation, to ensure safe coordination of the trunk fleet at the HUB yard per company standards. What will you do? Manage normal and orderly traffic flow of external and internal transportation vehicles belonging to the trunk fleet inside the Main HUB. Ensure correct and continuous use of PPE by all external and internal transportation vehicles belonging to the trunk fleet entering loading/unloading operations inside the Main HUB. Conduct random inspections of crew and vehicle documentation for external and internal transportation vehicles belonging to the trunk fleet entering the Main HUB. Support fleet monitoring and tracking via GPS. Provide administrative support for departmental tasks. Support keeping the destination base informed of the estimated arrival time of the trunk fleet.
