Opportunities for professional growth and development **We Are Looking For:** Facilities Coordinator, Location: Las Condes\- Santiago de Chile What Will You Do? **Facilities Management:** Oversee end-to-end operations in the administration of a 10-story corporate building client. Team Leadership: Directly lead, coordinate, and supervise a team of 14 to 15 people. Vendor Management: Coordinate vendors, request quotations, issue purchase orders, and manage service contracts. General Services Control: Ensure proper operation of cleaning, security, cafeteria, catering, events, and overall office administration. Process Structuring: Map, deeply understand, and actively engage in administrative and operational tasks related to receptionist and hostess roles. What Do You Need? Technical or university-level education. Minimum 3 years’ experience in Facilities Management; team coordination and service administration. Prior experience in hospitality sector coordination—such as cleaning, dining, and general services—is considered an advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
