Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible and empathetic concierge for a residential building, in charge of access control, security, and resident assistance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for security, access control, and equipment operation. 2. Clarifies residents' inquiries and handles emergency situations. 3. Requires a hardworking, responsible, empathetic, and communicative person. We are hiring! Fill\-Lif is looking for concierges for various communes in the Metropolitan Region, for residential buildings, whose main duties will be: * Security and access control to the building. * Monitoring proper operation of building equipment. * Receiving mail and packages. * Guiding maintenance company visits. * Registering visitors and announcing their arrival. * Managing visitor parking. * Monitoring surveillance cameras. * Clarifying residents' inquiries or referring them to management. * Recording relevant events in the incident log (logbook). * Leading evacuations and assisting others in case of emergencies.
