Job Description We are seeking a **Distribution and Transportation Supervisor** to coordinate and supervise transportation and delivery operations, ensuring compliance with deadlines and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics, team management, and distribution process optimization. Main Responsibilities * **Route Planning**: Organize transportation and distribution schedules. * **Delivery Supervision**: Monitor proper execution of dispatches. * **Team Management**: Lead personnel responsible for transportation and distribution. * **Process Optimization**: Implement improvements in logistics management. * **Customer Relations**: Ensure effective communication and service satisfaction. * **Regulatory Compliance**: Guarantee alignment with transportation and safety regulations. * **Reporting**: Prepare periodic reports on distribution and transportation performance. Requirements * Degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. * 3–5 years of experience supervising transportation and distribution. * Knowledge of ERP systems and logistics management tools. * Leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. * Strong communication and teamwork abilities. * Experience in logistics service companies is a plus.
