If you have five or more years of experience in data and cybersecurity, we invite you to join a strong team and lead the technological and regulatory efficiency of our institution. **Your Mission:** Lead, design, and ensure the comprehensive operation of the organization’s data platform, guaranteeing security, availability, traceability, and strict regulatory compliance to mitigate cybersecurity gaps, ensure operational continuity, and provide auditable technical evidence safeguarding the Cooperative’s information assets. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise and ensure optimal performance, high availability, query tuning, and execution plan optimization of the corporate database platform (SQL Server). * Lead and coordinate the daily work plan of a technical team (DBAs, analysts, and developers), serving as the area’s technical reference. * Implement and enforce technical data security policies (TDE encryption, data masking, access management, and cryptographic backups). * Implement advanced auditing mechanisms (SQL Server Audit) and natively integrate generated events and logs with corporate SOC/SIEM platforms. * Ensure the data platform generates required technical evidence, logs, and audit trails to respond to institutional audits and regulatory requirements (Law No. 21.719 / CMF). **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s or Technical degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field. * Minimum four years of professional experience in relational database administration and corporate data environments. * Demonstrable experience or strong interest in leading or coordinating IT or database technical teams. * Advanced proficiency in SQL Server and knowledge of cybersecurity tools applied to data (encryption, technical auditing, cryptographic management). * Desirable knowledge of Data Governance frameworks, information classification, and sector-specific regulations (CMF / Law No. 21.719). **Conditions:** * **Location:** On-site in Providencia (Los Leones Metro Station). * **Work Schedule:** 40 hours per week (Mon–Thu: 8:45 AM–5:45 PM | Fri: 8:45 AM–4:30 PM), indefinite term per Article 22. * **Contract:** Fixed-term for 3 months, renewable as fixed-term or indefinite based on initial performance evaluation. **We Offer:** * Annual salary adjustment according to CPI. * Enrollment in Caja Los Andes and FALP agreement. * A half-day off on your birthday. * Bonuses for National Holidays, Christmas, and other celebrations. * Flexible working hours for personal errands. * Ongoing free training and development.
