**Position Objective:**
Coordinate, plan, and implement cultural and artistic projects, ensuring achievement of objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards, as well as appropriate engagement with artists, institutions, communities, and other cultural stakeholders.
**Functions and Responsibilities:**
* Plan and coordinate cultural projects, programs, and activities.
* Develop timelines, budgets, work plans, and implementation strategies.
* Coordinate exhibitions, festivals, workshops, performances, heritage activities, and cultural events.
* Manage participation of artists, cultural managers, organizations, and institutions.
* Coordinate suppliers, production companies, cultural venues, and required technical services.
* Supervise activity implementation and ensure adherence to established deadlines.
* Manage project-related budgets, procurement, contracts, and resources.
* Identify and manage strategic partnerships, sponsorships, grants, and cultural funding opportunities.
* Prepare applications for cultural grants and calls for proposals, where applicable.
* Maintain relationships with public agencies, municipalities, educational institutions, cultural organizations, and communities.
* Develop communication and dissemination strategies to increase participation and visibility of projects.
* Supervise communication materials, content, and promotional activities.
* Monitor participation, impact, and objective-achievement indicators.
* Prepare technical, financial, and results reports for management and funding entities.
* Identify risks and develop preventive and corrective measures.
* Coordinate internal and external teams involved in each project.
* Evaluate initiative outcomes and propose improvements for future projects.
* Promote community participation, access to culture, and appreciation of heritage.
**Requirements:**
* Professional degree in Cultural Management, Arts, Communications, Administration, History, Sociology, Anthropology, or related field.
* Experience in coordinating and managing cultural, artistic, or community-based projects.
* Knowledge of planning, budgeting, and project management.
* Experience coordinating cultural events and activities.
* Familiarity with competitive grant programs, cultural funding, and project management in Chile is desirable.
* Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with artists, institutions, communities, and multidisciplinary teams.
* Skills in supplier and resource management.
* Attention to detail, deadline adherence, and problem-solving ability.
* Proficiency in Spanish and English preferred.
Salary: $2\.300\.000 per month
