Focus on talent and diversity. **About the Role** At Enertis Applus\+, we are looking for a **Cost Controller** to join our **Engineering** team, reporting directly to the **Project Site Manager**. **️ What will you do?** Your main responsibilities will include: * Preparing and maintaining the project control budget. * Classifying costs according to the project’s cost breakdown structure (CBS). * Recording and controlling actual costs, purchase orders, contracts, certifications, and outstanding commitments. * Preparing cost forecasts at project completion — Estimate at Completion (EAC). * Comparing budgeted costs, committed costs, incurred costs, and forecasted costs. * Analyzing financial variances and explaining their causes. * Controlling contingencies, provisions, scope changes, and change orders. * Preparing periodic cost reports, cash flow statements, and margin evolution analyses. * Coordinating with procurement, construction, finance, administration, and project management. * Validating that contractor and supplier certifications align with executed progress. * Supporting the financial closeout of contracts and the project. * Alerting about potential cost overruns before they materialize. **What are we looking for?** **We seek talent, not perfection.
