### **DESCRIPTION**
Alberto Hurtado University is opening a selection process to fill the position of Collections Officer within the Finance Directorate of the Vice-Rectorate for Administration and Finance. This full-time position, with a fixed-term contract for six months through temporary services, aims to manage and monitor the assigned accounts receivable portfolio, contributing to the regularization of financial obligations of undergraduate, graduate, and continuing education students, through timely assistance and appropriate management of payment commitments. Responsibilities: Manage the assigned accounts receivable portfolio by contacting and monitoring students with outstanding financial obligations. Assist and advise students—by phone and in person—regarding matters related to their payment commitments. Monitor payment agreements and commitments made by undergraduate, graduate, and continuing education students. Record and maintain updated institutional tracking system entries for all collection activities performed. Enter payments and negotiated agreements with students. Application Requirements: Professional or Technical Degree in Business Administration, Legal Technician, Commercial field, or related disciplines. Minimum two years of experience in collections or similar functions. Experience in higher education institutions, foundations, collection agencies, or law firms is desirable.
