This position continuously coordinates and supports three key management pillars: Administration, Human Capital (Recruitment), and Operational Logistics. Key Responsibilities Talent Management Administration (Operational Focus) Posting job offers and conducting strategic resume screening. Conducting recruitment, telephone pre\-screening, and scheduling interviews for operational (warehouse, field) and administrative profiles. Supporting legal onboarding documentation and follow-up for new employees. Administration, Finance, and Office Management Managing and safeguarding documents (contracts, digital files) and coordinating procedures (Notary, SII, courier). Processing and primary control of invoices, receipts, expense reports, and petty cash. Coordinating key suppliers and managing purchases of office and operational supplies. Logistics Support and Inventory Documentation Control Daily coordination and documentation control of physical inventory and system records. Reviewing warehouse and office records (emphasis on data control, without physical handling tasks). Daily coordination of shipments, transportation, and logistics with warehouses. Providing support to management on high-priority operational tasks for the business. Role Clause: All functions described are of an administrative\-operational and supportive nature, essential for the comprehensive management of this position. Required Profile Mandatory Requirements Proven administrative experience (minimum 1 year in management or coordination roles). Impeccable organization and responsibility in simultaneously handling multiple tasks. Intermediate level proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (ability to generate basic reports). True Proactivity: Ability to identify and resolve problems without constant supervision. Availability for on-site work from Monday to Friday. (occasional remote work possible) Desirable Requirements Prior experience in operational recruitment or personnel management. Basic knowledge of Internal Revenue Service (SII) procedures, invoicing, or Previred. Experience in the Retail, Logistics, or Mass Consumer Goods sectors.
