Support the technical development of the accounting team About the Role **Ankara Otokent Automotive and Commercial Group** is seeking an **Accounting Supervisor** to join our team in **Cauquenes, Maule Region**. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing accounting processes, monthly closings, reconciliations, journal entries, and financial controls, ensuring accurate and timely information for decision-making. You will work closely with **Finance, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Treasury, Administration, and Audit** to maintain record integrity and improve departmental processes. Key Responsibilities * Supervise daily accounting entries and processes. * Coordinate monthly and annual closings. * Review bank and account reconciliations. * Validate accruals, adjustments, and reclassifications. * Review accounts payable and accounts receivable. * Prepare and analyze financial reports. * Supervise supporting documentation. * Support internal and external audits. * Coordinate with Treasury and Finance. * Review compliance with accounting policies. * Maintain an updated chart of accounts. * Analyze variances and propose corrections. * Supervise accounting team tasks. * Prepare information for management and leadership. * Participate in ERP and financial process improvements. * Perform other duties related to accounting and financial control. Requirements * **4–6 years of experience** in accounting, finance, or financial control. * Prior experience as an **Accounting Supervisor, Accounting Analyst Senior, General Accountant**, or similar role. * Experience in accounting closings and reconciliations. * Solid understanding of financial statements. * Intermediate or advanced proficiency in **Microsoft Excel**. * Experience with **SAP, Oracle, Softland, Defontana, Microsoft Dynamics**, or other ERP systems is preferred. * Ability to supervise and review others’ work. * High attention to detail. * Strong analytical and organizational skills. * Ability to meet closing deadlines. Desired Qualifications * Professional degree in **Accounting, Auditing, Finance, Commercial Engineering**, or a related field. * Experience with external audits. * Knowledge of IFRS is preferred. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. * Experience with high-volume reconciliations. * Knowledge of internal controls. * Experience with Power BI is preferred. * Intermediate English proficiency is desirable.
