**We are looking for a Fleet Cleaning, Washing and Beautification Leader**
**Gran Américas Santiago**, a public transportation company, is seeking a **Fleet Cleaning, Washing and Beautification Leader for Electric Buses**, responsible for coordinating, supervising, and ensuring cleanliness and presentation standards of buses at our terminal.
**Main responsibilities:**
* Supervise bus cleaning and washing teams.
* Plan daily cleaning, sanitization, and beautification tasks.
* Monitor service quality and compliance with internal protocols.
* Coordinate requirements with Operations and Maintenance.
* Manage supplies, cleaning products, and work equipment.
* Maintain records, reports, and activity tracking.
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and proper use of PPE.
**Requirements:**
* Minimum of **2 years** of experience leading operational teams (cleaning, washing, maintenance, or similar).
* Experience managing operational indicators and quality control.
* Knowledge of hygiene and safety regulations.
* Availability for shifts and on-site work at the terminal.
* Organized, proactive profile with strong leadership skills.
**Desirable:**
* Experience in transportation, logistics, or industrial service companies.
* Inventory management and operational planning skills.
