We achieve this by maximizing the value of our assets—working hand-in-hand with our employees, their families, and our local community—efficiently utilizing natural resources while embracing sustainable development as our guiding model, thereby ensuring profitability for our shareholders and customer satisfaction. **Job Description** Supervise and coordinate the execution of shift-based operational activities at the mine, ensuring compliance with the production plan under strict safety, efficiency, and operational continuity standards, in accordance with current procedures and regulations. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise and verify loading, transportation, and unloading operations, ensuring operational continuity and adherence to daily production plans. * Coordinate and control blast evacuations, guaranteeing the safety of personnel, equipment, and affected areas. * Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the shift, identifying deviations and implementing timely corrective actions. * Manage and validate activation of safety zones within the mining area, ensuring compliance with protocols and critical controls. * Coordinate and supervise equipment entry into operational areas, including escorts, access control, and on-site tracking. * Lead and assign tasks to direct and relief staff, verifying proper execution and team productivity. * Coordinate cleaning and maintenance of loading areas, contributing to operational safety and efficiency. **Requirements** * Professional degree in Mining Engineering, Mining Construction Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 4 years of experience in mining or related industries (Mandatory). * Prior experience of 1–2 years in similar roles (Desirable). * Knowledge of mining equipment operation and supervision: electric and hydraulic shovels, front-end loaders, haul trucks, and support equipment. * Experience supervising personnel and leading on-site teams. * Class B driver’s license (Mandatory). * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency. * Knowledge of operational dispatch and coordination; experience in fleet optimization is desirable. * Medical fitness compatible with the role. **Benefits** * 7x7 rotating shift system with camp accommodation. * Indefinite-term employment contract. * Transportation from company-designated locations. * Access to internal development, leadership, and training programs. * Opportunity to participate in global corporate initiatives and projects.
