The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and implementing process-related cost optimization and productivity improvement initiatives to contribute to enhancements across various processes aimed at reducing costs and strengthening the Company’s competitive position. **Key Responsibilities:** Identify and manage productivity improvement opportunities across all areas. Economically evaluate initiatives, develop business cases, support coordination of implementation steps, monitor progress, assess equipment replacement, and ensure implemented initiatives are integrated into financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and LOM processes. Produce periodic reporting and dashboards on departmental progress and incorporate data into the Company’s monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles. Generate periodic dashboards—developed by the Advanced Analytics team—covering Production, Costs, Maintenance, Plant, and Mine. Additionally, provide data for daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings across various internal teams and Corporate functions. Propose continuous improvements and updates to area processes and procedures, including current-state diagnosis, design of improvement initiatives, monitoring, and capture of realized benefits. Comply with all legal and regulatory competencies and training requirements for the role. Perform all role-related activities in accordance with RMMS Management Systems guidelines: Health & Safety, Environment, Energy, and Operational Model, Governance, and Social Aspects. In performing job duties, adhere to occupational health and safety, environmental, and operational policies, standards, and procedures, considering associated risks, environmental aspects, and protective measures. What qualifications do you need? Academic background in Industrial Civil Engineering, Business Engineering, Management Control Engineering, Mining Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in management control, continuous improvement, finance, procurement, competitiveness, or mining-related consulting roles. Knowledge of financial evaluations, data analysis, OPEX/CAPEX management, and financial and accounting topics relevant to business case development. Experience with continuous improvement in projects, including participation in and leadership of continuous improvement initiatives. Advanced English proficiency.
