Opportunities for professional development. **Job Purpose** A prominent industrial and mass-consumption food company is seeking its next **Procurement Supervisor**, who will be fully responsible for managing procurement and supply processes for goods and services, ensuring timely availability of materials, supplies, spare parts, and raw materials, while guaranteeing quality standards, competitive costs, and compliance with internal procedures. Their primary objective will be to control and coordinate the procurement process to ensure that the supply function meets defined timelines, thereby supporting the company's operational continuity. **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate and execute procurement processes for spare parts, materials, supplies, raw materials, and services required by various organizational departments. * Manage technical and administrative requisitions in accordance with established policies and procedures. * Analyze and anticipate supply needs, establishing priorities and procurement schedules. * Maintain ongoing communication with requesting departments to ensure efficient and transparent management. * Identify, select, evaluate, and develop strategic relationships with suppliers. * Negotiate prices, commercial terms, delivery schedules, and payment conditions. * Issue and send purchase orders to suppliers, tracking them until confirmed receipt. * Control and record purchase orders, receipts, and associated documentation in internal systems. * Monitor procurement progress and manage deviations or contingencies. * Provide technical and administrative support to internal customers on matters related to supply and procurement. * Monitor performance indicators and propose continuous improvements to procurement and supply processes. * Supervise and lead warehouse-related functions. * Manage and control warehouse inventories, ensuring record accuracy and stock availability. **Job Requirements:** * Technical or Professional degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Commercial Engineering, Administrative Engineering, or a related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement and supply processes, preferably within industrial or production-oriented companies. * Preference for candidates residing near the commune (Melipilla\-El Monte\-Talagante\-Peñaflor) **Knowledge** * Supply methodologies and processes. * Procurement and trade management. * Supplier negotiation techniques. * Logistics and inventory management. * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency. * Basic English proficiency. **Competencies** * Negotiation ability. * Goal orientation and commitment to achieving objectives. * Planning and organizational skills. * Analytical ability and problem-solving skills. * Autonomy and proactivity. * Strong orientation toward internal customers. * Effective communication and collaborative teamwork. **What We Offer** * Join a well-established and continuously growing company. * Pleasant work environment and collaborative teamwork. * Job stability. * Opportunities for professional development. * Benefits plan for employees.
