You will be responsible for safeguarding and managing maintenance strategies that deliver excellent and sustainable results from assets under your responsibility, ensuring compliance with — and enforcement of — policies, standards, and procedures established by the Division and the Corporation related to safety, occupational health, environment, and diversity and inclusion. **Because here your talents will serve Chile!** **Main Responsibilities** * Administer and control the proper identification and management of risks during plan and process execution. * Design and manage maintenance strategies, identifying those aligned with the operational context of various equipment fleets and their needs. * Monitor the execution and proper functioning of maintenance processes throughout the entire work management lifecycle. * Conduct failure analysis and manage action plans to eliminate defects. * Review and manage KPI performance for processes and outcomes, ensuring closure of the improvement cycle through compliance monitoring, effectiveness measurement of actions, and tracking of improvement plans. * Implement advanced analytics to strengthen predictive analysis. * Support initiatives, projects, and area requirements according to divisional needs. * Support the annual budgeting process at all stages, promoting optimal utilization of maintenance strategies. * Maintain communication and coordination with service-providing companies regarding operational and maintenance conditions. * Monitor and control technical indicators and data from operation and maintenance processes, identifying gaps that may affect achievement of divisional goals. * Collect, analyze, and provide technical information for area indicator management, considering compliance and deviations from maintenance plans and operational parameters. **Application Requirements** * Professional degree in Civil Engineering or Execution Engineering, specializing in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related fields. * Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance of mobile and semi-mobile mining equipment. * Valid Class B driver’s license with a minimum of 2 years’ validity. * Health compatible with the position. **Desirable Qualifications** * At least 2 years of experience in maintenance execution line roles, such as supervisor or shift leader. * Knowledge and use of Advanced Analytics. * Experience and proficiency with reliability analysis tools such as RDP (RCA), RCM, and FMECA. * Proficiency with ERP systems SAP PM and MM. **Offered Conditions:** * Contract Type: Indefinite-term. * Contractual Position: Maintenance Manager Engineer II. * Work Location: Ministro Hales Division. * Working Hours: Monday to Thursday. * Number of Vacancies: 01. **Application Deadline: Monday, August 24, 2026** Application Closing Time: 23:59 hrs.
