Reporting to the Deployment Manager for North America and LATAM, the Change \& Implementation Lead is responsible for the implementation, adoption, and sustainability of MOS (Management Operating System) across Teck’s LATAM operations, and leads the organizational change management activities required to support MOS across various sites.
The leader will work closely with operational stakeholders to maintain the MOS framework, principles, and processes—developing common guidelines and collaborating with each operation to advance this operating philosophy. The role will manage change strategies and plans to support the business through transition, ensuring a smooth and sustainable transformation in how we operate.**Key Responsibilities**

* Support MOS implementation and ensure its adoption aligns with the Core MOS Design.
* Support site-level MOS documentation development, including training materials.
* Facilitate the change management process for MOS implementation and maturity across operations—promoting site ownership and focusing on overall MOS program outcomes.
* Facilitate LATAM feedback across MOS workflows to ensure continuous improvement (PDCA) of the MOS Core Design.
* Coordinate with other Teck teams on developing and reviewing standards directly related to site operations—ensuring alignment with MOS and Teck’s established corporate standards.
* Collaborate with other MOS Workstream leaders and all roles involved in MOS implementation across operations to evolve the MOS Core Design—leveraging synergies and sharing lessons learned across regions.
* Act as a champion for MOS-associated behaviors across operations—identifying opportunities to strengthen adherence to expected behaviors and collaborating with site leaders to implement improvements.
**Requirements**
--------------
* University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Mining, Operations Management, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
* Certification in Change Management (Prosci, CCMP, ACMP, or equivalent) is considered an asset.
* Training in Lean, Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, or MOS-related topics is considered an asset.
* Minimum 8 years’ experience in Operational Excellence, Organizational Change Management, Continuous Improvement, MOS implementation, or large-scale transformation initiatives.
* Experience implementing enterprise operating systems, business transformation programs, ERP-enabled transformations, or operational improvement initiatives in mining, industrial, manufacturing, or heavy industry environments.
* Demonstrated experience developing and implementing change management strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, and adoption frameworks.
* Proven experience influencing and advising senior leaders and site leadership teams during organizational change processes.
* Experience working across multiple operations and functional areas within complex operational environments.
