Position objective: Directly responsible for coordinating, executing, evaluating, and controlling the project and the construction quality plan, ensuring compliance with the assigned Work Program and Site Management Plan (PGO), as well as with the objectives established and defined for the project, as instructed by the Site Administrator. Key responsibilities: Comply with, review, and maintain knowledge of the Compliance policy, quality, safety, and environmental objectives; become familiar with the Management System; and understand the implications of non-compliance with its processes. Define and communicate area policies, procedures, and processes to the team under supervision and to the organization. Manage and develop the team under leadership.
