Job Responsibilities** Proactively manage the assigned customer portfolio by contacting clients via telephone, email, or other means to negotiate and finalize pending payments. Monitor agreed-upon payment commitments with clients, recording and updating information in the system. Oversee the complete end-to-end customer billing process; all DTEs must be issued timely and correctly. Send consumption reports to customers along with their respective supporting documents. Prepare periodic reports on portfolio status, delinquency rates, and collections performance. Coordinate with other company departments to resolve issues affecting collections. Comply with internal collections policies and procedures, as well as applicable legal regulations. Maintain a high level of customer service, fostering client loyalty and resolving queries or complaints related to payments. Support activities required for compliance with Edenred's ISO standards. Requirements** Technical or professional degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in billing and collections roles, preferably in service or retail companies. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel is mandatory). Strong negotiation, communication, and persuasion skills. Goal-oriented mindset and ability to work under pressure. Proactivity, autonomy, and analytical capability.
