We are looking for a **CLEANING SUPERVISOR**. If you are a leader passionate about achieving operational excellence through timely planning and delivering high-quality cleaning services to both internal and external customers, this role is for you. **Responsibilities** * Supervise cleaning staff to ensure they perform cleaning tasks according to the quality and safety standards stipulated by the client and the company. * Plan work schedules: assign staff to various physical locations and allocate tasks to be performed during the work shift. * Stay informed about activities and any issues that occurred during the outgoing shift, and promptly resolve them. * Conduct inspections across all physical locations to verify that assigned tasks and work procedures are being properly executed during the shift. * Verify proper execution of general cleaning and sanitation tasks across all facility areas. * Monitor availability of supplies and materials required to perform tasks. * Track attendance, entry and exit times, shift handovers, and overtime hours of workers. **Requirements** * Competency-based training acquired through experience. * Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment. * Availability to work rotating shifts. **Benefits** * On-site meals. * Compensation Fund. * Supplementary Insurance. * Uniform provision. **Work Schedule** Day Shift: Monday and Tuesday 08:30–18:00 / Wednesday to Friday 08:30–17:00 Afternoon Shift: Monday and Tuesday 11:00–20:30 / Wednesday to Friday 12:00–20:30 Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays: 09:30–19:00 ✨ Join our team and become part of one of Chile’s top global food service companies.
