Position Summary: We are seeking an accounting intern for an electronics import company, providing administrative and accounting support. Key Highlights: 1. High probability of being retained for employment based on performance An electronics import company requires an accounting intern for its Administration and Finance department. **Some of your responsibilities will include:** Bank reconciliation Entering documents into the accounting system (invoices, honorarium receipts, payment orders) Analysis of accounts receivable and accounts payable Monitoring and tracking these invoices using Excel. Maintaining digital folders and physical files related to invoices. Downloading electronic invoices from the web platform Administrative and accounting support Administrative/accounting tasks Document organization **Minimum Requirements:** Studies in Accounting, Technical-Professional Education, University-level studies, or related field. Intermediate Excel proficiency. We seek proactive, dynamic individuals oriented toward administration, with a willingness to learn, teamwork skills, achievement orientation, service orientation, and ability to work under pressure. **Offered:** Full-time schedule Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 hours Pleasant work environment that fosters learning and teamwork. A supervisor will be assigned to instruct and support the intern. High probability of being retained for employment based on performance. Monthly stipend of $200\.000\.\- (net).
