Your key responsibilities will include: * Ensuring compliance with all security-related tasks mandated by regulations, supporting merchandise control and shrinkage management. * Managing and preparing all required legal documentation for the Security Department. * Overseeing all activities mandated by the Company’s higher-level bodies, such as audits, fixed asset controls, merchandise receiving controls, store openings and closings, and cash register operations, among others. * Monitoring all activities, fixed assets, and personnel that may affect store operations or compromise customer safety—and promptly reporting any incidents to the relevant authorities. * Planning guard shift schedules to comply with current labor legislation and internal company policies.
