Manage multidisciplinary teams and client relationships. ##### **Join us as our next Project Manager.** ##### **What will be your primary mission?** Lead and manage technological projects, ensuring their proper definition, planning, and execution while guaranteeing alignment with the client’s strategic objectives. Assume a proactive leadership role, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and optimizing resources to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions. ##### **Key Responsibilities** * Direct the planning, execution, and control of technological projects, ensuring achievement of defined objectives, timelines, and budgets. * Integrate and promote the use of Artificial Intelligence tools to optimize project management, automate reporting, and enhance data-driven decision-making. * Apply and adapt established methodologies across both agile and traditional projects. * Lead multidisciplinary teams, including client experience and software development areas, fostering collaboration and value-driven delivery. * Serve as the primary point of contact between the client and the project team, managing expectations and ensuring smooth, transparent communication. * Maintain and strengthen client relationships, ensuring fulfillment of commitments and promises made in projects and services. ##### **Requirements** * Minimum 2 years of experience managing software development projects and services. * Degree in Industrial Civil Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, Information Technology Engineering, or a related field. * Demonstrable experience or training in using Generative and/or Analytical AI tools applied to project management (e.g., advanced prompting, workflow automation, or management assistants). * PMO / SCRUM certifications are desirable. * **Interpersonal Skills:** Strong communication and leadership abilities, capable of motivating and directing multidisciplinary teams. **Work Format: Hybrid** ##### **We look forward to your application!**
