Here, we believe technology can change the world and make it a better place to live, fostering a culture aligned with our values: integrity, innovation, excellence, partnerships, and empowerment. **Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:** The internal job title is: Project Manager Responsibilities: * The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, executing, and controlling technology projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, costs, scope, quality, and safety, aligned with the company’s and client’s strategic objectives. * Must act with high autonomy, decision-making capability, holistic resource management, and cross-functional leadership over multidisciplinary teams. * Lead implementation and service projects in industrial technology infrastructure. * Define scope, schedule, budget, risks, and contingency plans. * Ensure achievement of milestones, deliverables, and service-level agreements (SLAs). * Serve as the focal point between clients, internal departments, and vendors. * Ensure compliance with corporate security policies and technological standards. **What do you need to fill this vacancy?** **Mandatory Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field—minimum 12-semester professional program. * Minimum 8 years’ experience in development, control, and management of technology projects, tender processes, technical specification drafting, budgetary control and management, agile methodologies, and physical/financial progress monitoring. **Working Conditions Offered for This Position** Work schedule: rotating shifts (5x2) Work location: Santiago Head Office, with occasional travel to Divisions **Our Benefits:** Indefinite-term employment contract on payroll Birthday off: take your birthday off to enjoy. * RechargeDays: 3 additional days off per year to recharge.
