Your Mission As a **Project Control Engineer** in our engineering team, you will play a key role in project planning, monitoring, and performance control—ensuring oversight of project scope, schedule, and cost, contributing to the achievement of defined objectives and supporting the management team in decision-making. Key Responsibilities * Support project planning: develop WBS/deliverables list, prepare Gantt chart, and establish scope, schedule, and cost baselines in coordination with the Project Manager. * Manage and update progress on scope (S-curve), schedule, and cost periodically (at least monthly); consolidate performance KPIs and propose corrective actions. * Apply Earned Value Management (EVM) as appropriate per corporate criteria, calculating SPI and CPI and preparing alerts. * Develop schedules in MS Project/Primavera: creation and periodic updating of project progress. * Operational financial control: support creation of WBS/cost center, track cost/resource forecast and invoicing (EDP), and coordinate subcontractor payments following financial procedures. * Communications and records management: prepare meeting minutes and maintain documentary traceability; use the Project Control Checklist. We Are Looking For Candidates With * A professional degree in **Industrial, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related field**. * **4–6 years of experience in engineering or consulting project planning and control**, ideally in multidisciplinary projects. * Proficiency in **MS Project or Primavera and advanced Excel**. * Experience in **WBS development, baseline establishment, and application of Earned Value Management (EVM: SPI, CPI)**. * Knowledge of **project financial flow**, including Business Booked, WBS creation, invoicing (EDP), and subcontractor payments. * Knowledge of **project risk management, communications, and document control**. * Skills in **quantitative analysis, organization, and effective communication with teams and clients**. * Proactivity in proposing corrective measures and tracking project progress. * Certifications such as **PMP, PMI-SP, or PRINCE2**, and experience in internal quality or finance process audits will be valued.
