We seek professionals with degrees in Commercial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or related fields to work within the S&OE Sub-Management of the Commercial Unit, based in Rancagua, O'Higgins Region. The purpose of this position is to lead the execution of a specific business/market by aligning the value chain (from production through to sales) to meet business and operational objectives. Main Responsibilities: 1. Lead the execution process of Agrosuper’s commercial planning, integrating Demand, Industrial Planning, Distribution, Revenue Management, Logistics, and Sales functions. 2. Act as a short-circuit decision-making channel in response to deviations during planning execution. 3. Organize and systematize communication channels with various stakeholders regarding value chain execution and its impact. 4. Serve as a counterbalance to Commercial Planning (Businesses/S&OP), raising alerts, providing feedback to the process, and verifying incorporation of learnings. Requirements: 1.
