The main objective of the position is to provide exclusive daily care and attention to a girl beneficiary of a health project. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for participating in the planning, organization, and implementation of activities, both in daily routines and in specific activities of the RMA PER Activity Plan, working in coordination with the center's team. The goal is to create a protective environment for girls' rights, establish meaningful relationships, and comprehensively address their daily and domestic needs. **We offer:** 40-hour weekly work schedule in daytime shifts 2 x 2\. Monthly salary of $800,000 gross plus overtime pay. Meals provided within the program. **Requirements:** Professional degree in social sciences, health, or education. Desirable minimum of 1 year of experience working with children. Experience working with children whose rights have been violated.
