We are seeking a Project Manager (Replacement) to assist in managing and monitoring Caja Los Andes' innovation transformation projects being executed through strategic alliances, ecosystems, and stakeholders, contributing to the proper implementation and effective achievement of project objectives under their responsibility, both in method and timing. What do we offer? We offer a 39-hour workweek, finishing at 14:30 hrs on Fridays. Employment contract with an external company. As a Process Manager (Replacement), your responsibilities will include: * Develop the work plan (schedule) for the projects under your responsibility. * Support the development of the diagnosis, conceptualization, design, and execution stages of transformational projects. * Collaborate in managing human, technical, and financial resources during proof-of-concept and prototype stages of transformational projects. * Conduct analysis and evaluation of the various stages of transformational projects.
