Main responsibilities Supervise and control the bus flow to ensure proper passenger service at assigned terminals. Ensure compliance with established frequencies on each route. Coordinate with the operations supervisor the assignment of buses according to demand. Lead and coordinate the work team in the designated area. Monitor and report fleet frequency needs within the yard. Timely communicate any issues or irregularities detected to direct supervisors. Assist in ticket sales when required. Respond to inquiries from internal departments related to operations. Supervise the correct use of work tools and uniforms. Foster a positive work environment and ensure compliance with internal regulations and labor legislation. Motivate and supervise sales in the assigned area. Coordinate bus routes during emergencies or special needs from other terminals. Requirements Experience in operations coordination, logistics, transportation or similar (ideally in passenger transportation). Leadership skills and ability to manage work teams. Availability to work rotating AM and PM shifts: 07:00 to 15:00 hrs. 15:00 to 22:30 hrs. Shift modality: 5x2 or 6x1\. Availability to work at Santiago Airport.
