




### **Description** Job Overview The Territory Manager is responsible for developing and managing sales within a designated territory, proactively assessing customer base needs and growth potential, with a focus on achieving sales objectives. The role aims to ensure execution of the sales plan through analysis of segmentation and visit planning, serving as the primary communication link between customers and the company, providing support and creating plans to deliver positive outcomes in a challenging and rapidly growing environment.### **Key Responsibilities** Key Responsibilities:* Plan and execute the sales strategy within the territory, establishing solutions to drive demand generation and customer acquisition, expanding market presence and opening new markets, identifying gaps with action plans, and contributing to the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. * Manage the customer base by leveraging established business relationships through productive customer interactions, demonstrating integrity and trust. Understand and identify gaps, and provide training, technical resources, and support to customers to ensure they are well equipped to treat patients with Align’s appropriate solutions to guarantee positive outcomes. * Utilize internal mechanisms such as events, trainings, visits, and other initiatives to drive commercial results, optimizing communication between customers and the company, fostering a profitable partnership environment, and enabling continuous learning and education on Align’s products. * Analyze market demand and data via sales effectiveness platforms such as Salesforce. Execute the sales process with proper customer segmentation and results orientation, targeting efficiency and superior performance, while staying aware of competitor movements and proactively anticipating threats and risks to cover the territory effectively. * Responsible for managing the territory’s budget, using available financial resources consciously and responsibly. * KOL (Key Opinion Leader) management. * Comply transparently with administrative processes and Compliance requirements, adhering to regulations, company policies, and internal controls. ### **Skills, Knowledge & Expertise** Profile We Seek:* 4–6 years of sales experience, with strong field performance, including customer visits and prospecting. * Proven track record of strong sales performance, consistently achieving challenging targets. * A profile that embraces challenges, with patience and determination to overcome barriers and implement tactics grounded in structured sales planning. * Expertise in sales planning, with knowledge of prospecting, negotiation, action plan development and partnerships, opportunity and barrier mapping. * Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation and persuasion abilities. * Ability to work in unstructured, fast-changing environments, with strong customer orientation, sense of urgency, and problem-solving focus. * Willingness to travel as required; * Ability to work independently and efficiently, organizing daily visit routines alongside administrative tasks and events; * Capability to create, evaluate, and support commercial plans (ROI [Return on Investment], margins, marketing) and assist customers with commercial/financial matters. Education* Completed undergraduate degree. * Postgraduate degree and/or MBA (completed or in progress) is desirable. * Advanced English proficiency is important for interaction with senior leadership and participation in strategic meetings.
