




**Job Description: Sales Manager** **Location:** Las Dalias 2192, Macul **Schedule:** * Monday to Thursday: 08:30 to 18:00 hrs * Friday: 08:30 to 17:00 hrs **Job Mission** Lead, organize, and strengthen the sales team at Grupo Bulo to achieve commercial goals, ensure excellent customer service, and expand business opportunities, especially in the textile, sublimation, and garment manufacturing sectors. **Main Responsibilities** * Plan, coordinate, and supervise the sales team. * Define sales strategies, promotions, and customer acquisition plans. * Analyze metrics, report results, and propose improvement actions. * Oversee quotations, sales closures, and post-sales follow-up. * Train the team on products, processes, and sales techniques. * Manage key client portfolios and develop new business opportunities. * Collaborate with Production, Marketing, and Operations to ensure efficient commercial operations. * Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly targets. **Job Requirements** * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales leadership. * Knowledge of the textile, sublimation, or manufacturing industry (desirable). * Proficiency in sales management tools and CRM systems. * Leadership, effective communication, and results-oriented skills. * Ability to work under pressure and solve problems.
