**Job Description**
**Purpose of the Role**
Lead the commercial execution of the GMICA truck business in the assigned district, enhance dealer performance, and ensure achievement of sales targets, market share, profitability, and customer experience.
The role is responsible for translating GMICA’s commercial strategy into concrete action plans for each dealer, supporting their sales teams, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring disciplined, traceable, and results-oriented operations.
The role will place special emphasis on dealer network development, fleet business management, proper application of commercial policies, data quality in management systems, and effective coordination with internal GMICA, GM Chile, and GM Financial teams.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Design and execute the district’s commercial plan aligned with GMICA’s national objectives and the realities of each dealer.
* Comprehensively manage the performance of assigned dealers by conducting periodic tracking of sales, target achievement, market share, inventory, pipeline, and conversion.
* Develop specific improvement plans per dealer, including responsible parties, timelines, KPIs, and progress tracking.
* Design and execute the district’s commercial plan aligned with GMICA’s national objectives and the realities of each dealer.
* Comprehensively manage the performance of assigned dealers by conducting periodic tracking of sales, target achievement, market share, inventory, pipeline, and conversion.

**Your Skills and Capabilities (Required Qualifications)**
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
* 3\-5 years of experience in similar roles
* Intermediate\-advanced English proficiency
* Willingness to travel
* Intermediate MS Office proficiency
* Class "B" driver’s license

* Experience in the automotive industry, especially in commercial vehicles, dealer network management, or fleet sales.
* Strong business acumen regarding customer satisfaction, profitability management, and commercial decision-making.

This means the selected candidate is expected to report to a specific location at least 3 times a week {or other frequency dictated by their manager}.\&\#xa;\&\#xa;The selected candidate will be required to travel on a regular basis (25\-50%) for this role.\&\#xa;\&\#xa;This job is not eligible for relocation benefits. Any relocation costs would be the responsibility of the selected candidate.\&\#xa;\&\#xa;
