We are looking for our next Store Manager to join our team and assume a key role in store management. We seek a professional with retail experience, team leadership capabilities, and a results-driven approach who can ensure proper store operations, achievement of commercial objectives, and excellence in our customers' experience. **What will be your main challenge?** Plan, direct, and monitor the store’s overall operations, ensuring achievement of commercial goals, proper resource management, compliance with internal procedures, and delivery of high-quality service to our customers. **Main Responsibilities:** * Organize, lead, and supervise the store team, ensuring compliance with company policies, standards, and procedures. * Monitor achievement of key business indicators (KPIs), including commercial, financial, and customer service metrics. * Manage and control the store’s cash flow and resources, preventing losses and deviations. * Ensure compliance with current regulations and protocols defined by central departments. * Resolve complex customer situations, guaranteeing appropriate service aligned with company standards. * Be accountable for the store’s profit-and-loss statement, considering retail, finance, service quality, loss prevention, and people management variables. * Continuously safeguard the store’s and brand’s proper image.
