Job Description As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for organizing and supervising food service operations in assigned areas, continuously implementing management improvements for which you are accountable, emphasizing continuous improvement and meeting customer expectations, while constantly coordinating and interacting with supervisors of complementary departments to comply with company standards and ensure operational excellence. Responsibilities * Supervision and administration of assigned personnel. * Responsible for creating shift schedules, work hours, and task planning. * In charge of coordinating safety and quality aspects and conducting briefings. * Primarily operational profile, focused on execution and direct supervision. Requirements * Minimum 3 years of experience in the role. * Residence between Region III and the Metropolitan Region. * Availability to work rotating shifts (7x7) with camp accommodation. * Health compatible with high-altitude geographic conditions. * Class B driver’s license preferred.
