Your challenges will be: * Oversee compliance with all security-related tasks mandated by regulations, contributing to merchandise controls and gap management. * Conduct oversight and preparation of all required legal documentation for the Security Department. * Monitor all activities mandated by the Company’s higher-level authorities, such as audits, fixed asset controls, merchandise receiving checks, store openings and closings, cash register operations, among others. * Monitor all activities, fixed assets, and personnel matters that may affect store operations or harm our customers—and report relevant incidents to the appropriate authorities. * Plan guard shift schedules to comply with current labor legislation and internal company policies.
