Job Summary: We are seeking a Security Manager for a building in Las Condes, responsible for supervising and coordinating security services, managing personnel, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Coordination with administration and clients The building located at Isidora Goyenechea 3000, Plaza Perú area, Las Condes, is seeking a Security Manager to join its operations. Applicants must meet the following requirements: * Comply with the requirements established in Law No. 21.659 on Private Security and its current regulation. * Engineering studies of at least 8 semesters. * Approved and valid Security Manager course delivered by an authorized entity. * Accreditation before the corresponding regulatory authority (OS10 / Carabineros). * Proven experience in leadership or supervisory roles in private security. * Leadership ability, team management skills, and operational protocol implementation capability. * Impeccable resume and background. * A specific university professional degree is not required, per Law 21.659. Main Responsibilities: * Supervise and coordinate the building’s security services. * Manage shifts, staffing levels, and staff performance. * Ensure compliance with procedures and current regulations. * Coordinate actions with administration and clients.
