We are currently looking for our next **Sales Manager** to work at the Commercial Office located at **Club Hípico 4676, Pedro Aguirre Cerda.** The purpose of this role is to lead the sales team in order to achieve sales, margin, and execution targets across all business lines, increase market share within assigned categories, and provide guidance and tools to sales representatives for commercial execution according to Plan Punto Máximo 2\.0 standards. Responsibilities: * Implement commercial plans: Execute actions and/or commercial plans directed at customers across different segments and levels of relevance to achieve assigned sales targets, coverage objectives, and defined KPIs. * Manage sales: Oversee sales, merchandising, and service activities carried out by sales representatives (6 direct reports), in accordance with company policies and criteria, to meet established goals in PPM. Likewise, comply with credit and discount policies to ensure the defined contribution margin. * Point-of-sale execution: Ensure point-of-sale execution and assets comply with established criteria, standards, and performance indicators, and remain within market parameters. Manage point-of-sale execution (assets, POP materials) through sales representatives and external support (field executors, promoters, merchandising trucks) according to company standards to meet execution targets. * Customer orientation: Manage and ensure high-quality customer service, fulfilling the requirements of the commercial program, with the goal of customer retention and building long-term relationships. * Develop commercial opportunities: Identify and develop, together with sales representatives, new business opportunities arising from clients to achieve targets and increase our market share. Requirements: * Degree in Business Engineering or related fields. * Experience in similar positions. * Availability to work on the field in the commune of Pedro Aguirre Cerda (Commercial Office).
