Key responsibilities: Supervise E\-commerce, Marketplace, and digital channel operations, ensuring timely order delivery. Manage operational incidents and critical customer service cases. Lead and coordinate the operational team, tracking tasks, shifts, and goal attainment. Maintain relationships with last-mile delivery providers and Marketplaces, monitoring operational KPIs. Lead improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing processes, reducing cancellations, and enhancing the shopping experience. Collaborate with the IT department on digital platform enhancements and new functionalities. Manage and control operational expenses, budget, and OPEX for the area. Participate in omnichannel, E\-commerce, and digital process optimization initiatives. Conditions Location: Huechuraba. Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 08:00–17:30 hrs.; Friday, 08:00–17:00 hrs.
