Connect with a career that matters, and help us build a safer future. **Department Overview** ----------------------- Commercial Markets Support / Delivery/ Field Operation / CSM Mining **Job Description** ------------------- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of radio communication systems, delivering high-quality customer service in a timely manner aligned with established timelines and deadlines. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Manage topics related to various telecommunications systems. * Perform maintenance or infrastructure tasks for various terminals (e.g., mobile radios, portable radios, Cenco, CIPOL, GPS) and repeater sites according to the geographic area where they operate. * Execute maintenance or infrastructure tasks in response to identified failures. * Record each incident or request (ticket) according to the type of maintenance or infrastructure performed. * Enter information on completed work into the SGT\-Remedy system or other applications to generate departmental statistics. (if applicable) * Ensure proper execution of tasks performed during external preventive installation and maintenance, as well as backup support for systems. * Track and determine the number of units under lease and their respective conditions, maintaining an up-to-date inventory. * Respond to and resolve failures detected or reported across customer equipment. * Dispatch faulty equipment requiring major repairs to technical service in RM, adhering to lease contract return dates. * Maintain written records documenting all work performed by the employee or contractors. * Operate light vehicles (vans), refuel equipment with diesel fuel when required under direct supervisor instruction, complying with safety, quality, and environmental regulations (if applicable). * Lead maintenance technicians’ work activities. * Comply with internal regulations and responsibilities assigned in the Management System documentation. **Basic Requirements** ---------------------- Education: Field of Study: Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Minimum 2 years of experience. Desirable knowledge in Telecommunications, Astro 25 System, Knowledge of maintenance and telecommunications networks.
