




**Job Objective:** * Lead commercial relationships with key clients, * Ensure compliance with established operational and commercial commitments, and provide continuous follow-up on businesses implemented by Oriont. * Be responsible for identifying improvement opportunities, maintaining high service standards, and promoting growth of current accounts. * General knowledge of service operations, including customer service campaigns or call center operations, will be valued as a complement. **Main Responsibilities:** * Ensure continuity, quality, and compliance with SLAs and KPIs defined with clients. * Support and strengthen existing businesses by conducting visits, follow-up meetings, and progress reports. * Identify operational improvements and commercial opportunities in coordination with different areas of Oriont. * Participate in the coordination and follow-up of projects that may involve customer service or contact platforms. * Generate management reports and periodic executive presentations reflecting the status of delivered services. * Actively participate in the implementation of new projects or products with existing clients. * Lead meetings with the client's commercial, operational, or technical teams. * Support the internal team in the continuous improvement of services offered. **Requirements:** * Professional with a degree in Business Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles. * Experience working with strategic accounts or corporate clients. * Desired general knowledge of customer service campaign operations, contactability, or telephone services. * Intermediate to advanced Excel and reporting tools skills. * Ability to write and present executive reports. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer orientation skills. * Proactivity, leadership, and results orientation. **Key Competencies:** * Business vision and analytical ability. * Management of long-term relationships. * Ability to lead projects involving multiple stakeholders. * Organization, planning, and commitment tracking. * Adaptability and problem-solving. * Ability to understand and support diverse operational processes. **Location:** On-site with periodic client visits **Benefits** * Offered salary $1\.500\.000 net * Growth and stability opportunity.
