Responsibilities Organize the receipt of supplies in warehouses, ensuring that products delivered by the dispatch service and/or suppliers match the received purchase order. Maintain and verify the order and proper storage of supplies, adhering to the Company’s established Quality and hygiene procedures and standards. Handle corporate procedures and their reporting related to Non-Conforming Services (NCS) and Non-Conforming Products (NCP). Supervise the transfer, storage, and organization of raw materials and/or supplies according to their classification—on shelves, in cold rooms—and in accordance with the Company’s Quality and hygiene standards. Perform quality controls, checking the quality of raw materials, the condition of packaging, and the expiration dates of stored products (FIFO and FEFO). After inspection, remove any products failing to meet required standards. Ensure that cleaning, hygiene, and order-related tasks within warehouse facilities and refrigeration equipment are properly documented. Monitor inventory levels to identify overstock or stock shortages, enabling timely implementation of appropriate corrective measures. Review work orders, meeting minutes, or area scheduling for the following day together with the team, preparing and anticipating raw material dispatches for production and/or global services. Manage and execute administrative tasks and inventory counts. Enter daily incoming, outgoing, and consumption documents into the Company’s designated system. Manage Microkitchen locations, overseeing personnel management and operational execution (equipment functionality, raw material stock levels, compliance with quality and safety standards). Foster and promote a safe working environment where personal self-care and care for the immediate surroundings are prioritized, emphasizing health and safety through healthy and preventive behavior aligned with Company and client policies and procedures. Carry out additional activities and assume ancillary responsibilities within the area, as directed by the supervisor or based on specific operational needs related to the core function.
